1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the USA and to select International cities with FedEx or with our own delivery service. For a detailed description of our delivery area and schedule please refer to our Delivery and Shipping Information page.
2. How long does it take for a delivery?
All perishable items are sent overnight with FedEx for orders outside of our delivery area. All non-perishable items are sent Regular FedEx ground. Upon request we can overnight all items.
3. How much do you charge for delivery?

4. How is my order packaged?
All items are carefully packaged. Any perishable items such as meats and poultry are frozen when the order is made and placed in a foam insulated cardboard box with ice gel packs. We guarantee the quality of all products and we are certain of your satisfaction.
5. When do you charge my credit card?
We charge your credit card upon shipping your order.
6. Do you keep my credit card on file?
Your credit card is stored securely in our system until the order is shipped. You may request that we do not keep your credit card on file after the order has been completed.
7. Is your web site secure?
In order to protect your personal information we use a secure connection (SSL) throughout the entire ordering process. Any communication with our servers is encrypted to ensure maximum security of your information.
8. Do you provide Catering services?
Yes, we do. You can view a list of suggested menus on our Catering page or you may contact us for any special requests.
